Frequently Asked Questions

All of our vacant listings are fully furnished private rooms with furnished common spaces and basic kitchen supplies. Our homes also include washers & dryers in most units.

We require that all members are at least 18 years of age with a clear background check indicating no criminal history. Applicants also need to have a credit score at or above 625 and earned income that is at least 3 times the amount of the rent.

When you view the available homes during a tour with the Community Liaison, you may meet your future potential roommates. They have the option to be present during the home tours. Prior to you moving in and after the signing of your lease, Vybe will share each roommates’ contact information and short bios with the other roommates. We want you to have the opportunity to start to get to know your new roommates before you step foot in your new residence.

At Vybe Living, we have simplified the house hunt and taken the hard work out of finding your ideal roommates. Each potential resident must first view the property they are interested in. We require you to attend a showing for several reasons. First, it is important to have a better understanding of a house and its amenities by actually seeing the home in person.You’ll also get the chance to meet a Vybe Living Community Manager, who is available to answer any questions you have about the neighborhood, housemates and home environment. Vybe is committed to reducing waste when possible as we focus on sustainable living, which is why our entire application process is paperfree.
